UB40 bassist Earl Falconer has been prohibited from operative companies for four years

The bassist of 1980s reggae set UB40 has been banned from functional companies for quaternion years after a bust-up concluded bookkeeping.

Earl Hawker was locked because his company Automatic Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't fair disunited the return with creditors.
