I have tried other things that are supposed to help me sleep, but you are my only cure. I should have come to you first and I am sorry. Please, help me get the sleep I need. Help me to be able to lay down and fall asleep peacefully without tossing and turning and without having anxiety.



Help me to shut down my mind and give everything to you. Help me to sleep peacefully and protect me from anything that may interrupt healthy sleep. I ask you this through you Son, Jesus. Please, divert my mind from these stresses and troubles onto You. Remind me that you are with me and that you will protect me. Help me to know your love and feel your presence.
